Start of a new journey

Welcome to this blog created to record my progress as I navigate new worlds.  Connecting with people over cyberspace to teach and interact is a totally new experience for many of us.  The familiar cues and interpersonal dances we use to communicate and read each other are reduced to flat screens, delayed audio and minuscule images.  But at the same time there are promises of alternative ways of interacting.  These are the uncharted territories which hopefully will reveal some new surprises over the next few weeks.
